If you open Add/Remove Software and see that message, and generally not able to see apps in any repos, try these:
First, click the Add/Remove Software, click the menu, then Preferences. Then Refresh Mirrors:
If that doesn’t do it, open the terminal and paste this: sudo pacman -Syu
