I ended up going to this site and downloaded keys.

sudo pacman -U 'https://cdn-mirror.chaotic.cx/chaotic-aur/chaotic-keyring.pkg.tar.zst'
sudo pacman -U 'https://cdn-mirror.chaotic.cx/chaotic-aur/chaotic-mirrorlist.pkg.tar.zst'
I then ran pacman -Syu and had success.
Lesson - ‘A stitch in time saves 9’. I will look out for releases and fix problems as soon as practical.
